Issue 01 · Reliability

Owner-reported reliability ranking.

Satisfaction, repurchase intent and reported faults, computed exclusively from data contributed by real owners on this forum. Every figure is traceable to its threads and surveys.

Why another reliability ranking? Because this one doesn't come from market surveys or press releases: it comes from registered owners declaring their car, mileage and faults on this forum. It's a small sample — and we say so — but every figure can be audited by clicking through to its thread.

How to read this table
  • Satisfaction is the owner-survey mean (1-5); with small samples one opinion moves the average — always check the n column.
  • Faults / 10,000 km divides the model's fault threads by declared kilometres, so higher-volume models don't look worse just for selling more.
  • An absent model is neither reliable nor unreliable: it just hasn't reached the survey minimum yet. If you own one, your survey adds it.

Not enough owner surveys yet to publish the ranking.

Methodology: only models with at least 3 owner surveys are listed. Faults / 10,000 km = fault threads for the model divided by the kilometres declared in surveys. Small samples: interpret with caution.
